The TipCo team gathered for our annual All Staff meeting to reflect on 2025 and plan for an exciting year ahead. We celebrated accomplishments, welcomed new teammates, shared updates, and reviewed 2026 goals while enjoying time together. It was a meaningful day of reflection and alignment. The future ahead is bright. Here’s a glimpse into the day.

We reviewed the conference schedule during our meeting. Conference season keeps the TipCo team on the move, and 2026 is already shaping up to be an exciting year. With nearly 20 events on the calendar, we look forward to meeting new organizations, reconnecting with customers, and sharing how EVA helps teams manage increasing workloads while delivering timely, comprehensive support. Solutions & Services, Always on the Move

Our Development team is hard at work advancing EVA with meaningful updates and enhancements. With ambitious goals set for the year, we’re excited to continue rolling out innovative solutions that deliver real value to our customers.

At the same time, our Support team remains focused on helping organizations effectively manage EVA projects while maintaining quality, accountability, and customer success at every step.


Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork

While there were plenty of meaningful business discussions, we also made time to have fun together. Our highly skilled and dedicated team spans the United States, so in-person meetings are always a special opportunity. Culture has always been important to our founders, and that commitment continues to shine through in moments like these.

The time we spent together allowed us to strengthen relationships, build as a team, and simply enjoy one another’s company. TipCo is a special place, and our team is a critical part of the foundation that makes it all possible.
