With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Andrea is passionate about helping government agencies modernize their service delivery and improve access to essential programs.

Greg Tipping

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Greg draws on 10 years of experience as both a caseworker and an assistant director in a human services agency, along with more than 15 years in technology professional services, to develop and manage the company’s strategy.  With a passion for assisting individuals in securing safety net services and supporting their families, Greg is dedicated to helping communities thrive.

Building productive product delivery teams with a balance of focused-value delivery, professionalism, and sustainability is a lifelong passion and continuous learning journey for Don. As a  software developer and technology leader for over 25 years, his experience spans numerous technical platforms while serving software product organizations in many roles, the last several in executive leadership. 

Dale Downey, PMP

Director of Operations

Dale has over 25 years in IT management including 10 years serving the project needs of human and social services agencies across several states.  As a project leader, his passion is to work with diverse teams to deliver solutions that improve the lives of others by adding functionality and efficiencies to help them do their work more effectively.

Robyn is a seasoned technical writer, data analyst, and development editor with  experience spanning the publishing industry, public education, rural health clinics, and technology solutions for health and human services (HHS). She has managed and implemented numerous projects and is skilled in creating, maintaining, and improving standard processes for efficiency and consistency.

In Ashley’s 10 years as a business/solution analyst, she has helped health and human services agencies maximize efficiency by aligning agency business processes, services, and technology with business objectives. Her first step in any project is to define the “problem to solve” and then thoroughly evaluate any potential solution and its fit within the agency.

Augie Tipping

Augie graduated from Miami University, Ohio with a degree in Computer Science in 2024. He has previously worked on projects as a developer. At The TipCo Group, he works as a tester and software developer. He primarily focuses on creating system and testing documentation, as well as performing tests on the end product for quality assurance.
