EVA Goes Live in Jefferson County, New York Department of Social Services
We are thrilled to announce that EVA is officially live in Jefferson County’s Department of Social Services! Since the launch last week, staff have already reported significant time savings. With the implementation of EVA R&R, workers are saving an average of 10 minutes per interview—a substantial improvement that directly enhances their ability to serve more residents efficiently.
Among our early adopters, three counties have successfully integrated EVA R&R into their workflows, and we’re excited to see this progress continue.
Greg Tipping, TipCo’s Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, shared his thoughts on the milestone:
It’s been an incredibly busy and rewarding summer for us. Our team has been working tirelessly with our early adopters to ensure the successful implementation of EVA and provide technical support throughout the process. The launch in Jefferson County is particularly exciting, and we look forward to seeing the rest of our early adopters go live by the end of this month.
Greg also acknowledged the journey it has taken to get here:
We’re immensely grateful for our early adopters who have joined us on this road and for the patience, trust, and collaboration they’ve shown us. Seeing their faith in both EVA and our team makes bringing EVA to life a victory for all of us.
We’d like to extend a special thank you to our New York early adopters—Chenango County DSS, Clinton County DSS, Greene County DSS, Jefferson County DSS, and Oswego County DSS. Your forward-thinking leadership and willingness to embrace innovation have made this possible.
Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated TipCo team. Your hard work, expertise, and commitment have been instrumental in bringing EVA to life. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Here’s to continued success and collaboration as we expand EVA’s reach to improve service delivery across counties. Keep an eye out as we welcome more counties into the TipCo family starting this month and into the fall. The future is bright!
