Madison County DSS Partners with TipCo to Enhance Service Delivery and Efficiency

TipCo is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Madison County Department of Social Services (DSS) in New York as they implement EVA to enhance service delivery across their Financial Aid programs, including SNAP, TA, and HEAP.

Faced with rising administrative demands and a growing need for personalized client support, Madison County DSS is taking a bold step toward innovation. “The more tools I can offer my staff, the better the outcomes will be for clients,” said Jesica L. Prievo, Madison County DSS Commissioner.

By automating routine tasks, EVA will help give workers time back in their day to complete more complex work and allow time for more meaningful client interactions, ultimately improving access to services and reducing barriers for clients. Commissioner Prievo has set goals within the county to find new ways to simplify and streamline functions that have historically always been done the same way, and bringing in EVA is a step toward reaching that goal for some program areas.

The timing for implementing an AI-powered assistant solution at the agency couldn’t be more critical. With unpredictable funding landscapes and new professionals entering the social services field, Madison County DSS is investing in efficiency. “I want to meet new workers where they are so they can reach their full potential in serving the community,” Commissioner Prievo explained.

This partnership with Madison County DSS showcases their ongoing commitment to doing everything possible to serve its residents with excellence, compassion, and forward-thinking solutions. The TipCo team is honored to support their mission and excited to see the impact EVA will bring to not only the residents of Madison County, but also the staff and workers at the agency.
